Butler residents Ashley Lapp and Jarron Gass were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. June 9 at Glade Run United Presbyterian Church in Valencia, the Rev. Greg Wiest officiated. Areception was held at The Chadwick in Wexford.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Nancy Lapp of Valencia. Parents of the bridegroom are William and Vicki Gass and Deborah Miller, all of Butler.
The maid of honor was Megan Lapp of Saxonburg. Bridesmaids included Justine Gunvalsen of Mentor, Ohio, and Kate Washburn of Butler. The flower girl was Juliana Gunvalsen of Mentor.
Performing the duties of best man was Jesse Kammerdeiner of Chapel Hill, N.C. Ushers included Zach Kammerdeiner of New Britain, Conn., and James Shipley of Butler. The ring bearer was Tyler Simpson of Saxonburg.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Mars High School. She works at Circle R Safety in Gibsonia.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Knoch High School. He is employed by J & J Fire Protection in Butler.
Following a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean Islands, the couple is making their home in Butler.
