Sparky and Friends
Sparky the Dog talks to children at the YWCA about fire prevention methods and the Fire Prevention Parade scheduled for that evening, Oct. 6, 1976, on Main Street in Butler. Sparky, the mascot of the Butler Fire Department, visited schools and daycare centers in the city to talk safety.
