Gladys Zinkhann-Reinhart
Gladys Zinkhann-Reinhart, 88, of Butler, formerly of Evans City, died Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born June 22, 1919, in Forward Township, she was the daughter of Chalmer and Effie May Hildy Baker.
She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Evans City, where she belonged to the Quilting Circle.
She enjoyed cooking, quilting and crocheting.
Surviving are three sons, Donald E. Zinkhann of Butler, David C. Zinkhann and his wife, Gerry, of Zelienople and Dean R. Zinkhann and his wife, Kimberlee, of Evans City; four stepdaughters, Barbara Eyles and her husband, Harvey, of Harmony, Janet Tompkins of Green Forest, Ark., Wanda Kimmel and her husband, Rick, of Ashtabula, Ohio, and Pat Fair and her husband, David, of Slippery Rock; and two stepsons, Bruce Reinhart and his wife, Karen, of Enola and Richard Reinhart and his wife, Marina, of Evans City. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl P. Zinkhann; her second husband, William A. Reinhart; a stepson, William L. Reinhart; three brothers, and a sister.
<B>ZINKHANN-REINHART </B>— Friends of Gladys Zinkhann-Reinhart, who died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 116 E. Main St., Evans City. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. David Saylor, her church pastor, and David C. Zinkhann Jr., her grandson, officiating.
