Butler Church of the NazareneGwen Atkinson and Gordon Thompson will provide music for the Sunday service at Butler Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road and Route 68.

Christ Community U.M.Kathy Mikesell, director of congregational care, will be honored with a covered dish luncheon at 12:15 p.m. Sunday in Oz Hall at Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road. Mikesell has served the church for more than 12 years. Those attending should take a covered dish to share and their own table service. Dessert and beverages will be provided.Donations of home-baked goods are needed for the Meals on Wheels program. Donations should not include nuts, cream pies or frosting. Baked goods can be delivered to the table in Oz Hall hallway Sunday and Oct. 7. Pans, trays or boxes carrying donations will not be returned.

Clinton U.P.Janet Graham de Araujo, from Grace Memorial Hospital in Wagner, Bahia, Brazil, will speak at 7 p.m. Sunday at Clinton United Presbyterian Church, Route 228, Clinton Township. The hospital was founded in 1916 by the Board of Foreign Missions of The Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. During her youth, de Araujo and her family, natives of Evans City, moved to Bahia to work as missionaries. A fellowship time will follow in Fellowship Hall.For information, call 724-352-1293.

Christ's OutreachEnrollment is still being accepted for the Caravan Kid's Club program at Christ's Outreach Church, 120 Walker Ave. The club meets from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays.A lock-in will begin at 7 p.m. Friday for Caravan members. Rob Ingmire, senior pastor of Limestone's First Baptist Church, will be the featured speaker. St. Mary-Mother of God R.C.
