CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Jonathan Robert Dornetto, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tyler William Oehm, 18, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
Brandon Richard Lambert, 20, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher J. Culp, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, posession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Matthew Stoltz, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Patrick Joseph Kessler, 35, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Rahmanh Keith Shaw, 32, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, access device fraud, identity theft, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
Kimberly A. Pflumm, 41, of Glenshaw had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.
Kimberly Marie Ketter, 24, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged June 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
Justine N. Seibert, 33, of Bridgewater, Beaver County, had her case held to court. She was charged June 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and driving too slow for conditions.
