ASHLEY PAGANIE (Slippery Rock University) was named PSACWest Women's Soccer Player of the Week. The freshman forward scored the winning goal in a 3-2 win over Indiana (Pa.) and had an assist in a 2-0 win over Millersville. SRUis 9-1 on the season.•
NATALIE JENERESKI (Knoch), a junior on the Ithaca (N.Y.) College women's tennis team, won at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles as her team extended its conference-record winning streak to 16.•
CHRIS HALEY (Butler), a freshman kicker-punter for Grove City College, was named Presidents' Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of The Week after connecting on three field goals — including a 49-yarder — and placing two punts inside the 20-yard line vs. Waynesburg.•
MONICA GLOMB (Mars), a freshman pitcher on the Kutztown University women's softball team, pitched a two-hitter in her first game of the fall season, but lost to Lehigh. She defeated Monmouth, a Division I program, in her second outing.•
JOHN HOOK (Knoch), a member of the Penn State-New Kensington golf team, shot a team-low 79 to lead his team to two victories and a second-place finish in the Bernie Guss Classic.
