Raymond D. Luchkiw Jr., 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 24 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $645 in fines and court costs.
Frank D. Penezich, 19, of Warren, Ohio, waived to court charges of theft, retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 11 by Butler Township police.
Mark A. Sowa, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, driving while operating privileges suspended and restriction on alcoholic beverages, filed Aug. 27 by Butler Township police.
Shirley Spinneweber, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving on the right side of the road, filed Aug. 24 by Butler Township police.
Nathan J. Vanderzee, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 8 by Butler Township.
William P. Wittenberg, 42, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed July 6 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $265 in fines and court costs.
John T. Young, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and maximum speed limits, filed June 10 by Butler Township police.

Abbott, 34, of West Sunbury waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed June 25.Jeffrey A. Everetts, 43, of North Washington pleaded guilty to two counts of retail theft, filed June 4. Everetts was ordered to pay $941.65 in restitution, fines and court costs.William D. Matson, 46, of Butler waived to court three counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Aug. 14.Christopher M. Miller, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment, simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, underage drinking and two counts of criminal mischief, filed Sept. 8.James F. Raith, 42, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed July 30.
