Corwin H. "Cory" Watterson, 49, of Butler died Friday at Allegheny General Hospital.

Born Sept. 19, 1957, in Butler was the son of Howard E. and Lois E. Bickel Watterson of Butler.

He was a member of the Grove City Church of the Nazarene, where he was on the building committee. He also was a member of the East Butler Hunting and Fishing Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on cars.

He had been a machinist at Penn Champ.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Terri A. Bell Watterson; three daughters, Kristi E. Watterson at home, Kasy N. Bell of Butler and Corri Lynne Watterson of Anaheim, Calif.; two grandchildren, Jordan and Bethany Snyder; two sisters and a brother, Connie Rycroft, Selena Watterson and Chad Watterson, all of Butler.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

<B>WATTERSON </B>— Friends of Corwin H. "Cory" Watterson, who died Friday, Aug. 17, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W. Jefferson St. Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Grove City Church of Nazarene, 520 N. Center St., Grove City, with Pastor Ron Schermerhorn officiating.
