Anna Jane Myers
Anna Jane Myers, 98, of Zelienople died Saturday at Creek Meadows Personal Assisted Living.
Born Dec. 10, 1908, in Zelie-nople, she was the daughter of Charles Sidney and Adeline Ferguson Wallace Kirker.
Mrs. Myers was a graduate of Zelienople High School and received her bachelor's degree from Clarion State Teachers College. She taught for 30 years at Connoquenessing Valley Elementary School.
She was a life member of the Calvin Presbyterian Church in Zelienople. She also was a life member of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees and a member of the National Retired Teachers Association.
She is survived by a daughter, Judith Morris and her husband, Edward, of Harmony; a granddaughter, Sue Gliebe and her husband, Kenneth; four great-grandchildren, Scott, Karen, Shelley and Sharon Gliebe; a great-great-grandson, Braxton Beck; a niece, Marcia Brown and her husband, Dr. Robert Brown; a nephew, Dr. Richard Diehl and his wife, Kathie; and a cousin, Vera Mizen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Glenn Myers, who died May 15, 1972, and a sister, Alice Jeanette Diehl.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
