Kiski 33, Seneca Valley 18 — Give the game ball to Bill Burns, who blocked two extra points for the Raiders in a 13-12 win last week.Unfortunately for SV, he'll have to block 15 kicks for the Raiders to win this tough matchup in the Gridiron Game of the Week.It'll be competitive, and the Raiders are probably better than their namesake in Oakland, but Kiski is just too good.•

Fox Chapel 22, Butler 16 — Things are pretty bleak in Golden Tornado Nation these days. Two games have produced seven points.Yikes.But things have a way of changing in a hurry. I'm stopping just short of saying Butler will win this game, but the Tornado could.•

Greensburg Salem 23, Knoch 17 — You have to feel for Alex Whisler, who is lost for the season after suffering a knee injury.McNerney gave the Knights a big spark in his stead, but Knoch will fall a play or two short.•

Karns City 42, Clarion-Limestone 7 — Next.•

Moniteau 39, A-C Valley 9 — Um, next.•

Mars 44, Shenango 3 — This is too easy. The only question is will any Mars' cheerleader be able to do 44 pushups after all the Planets' final score.•

Sto-Rox 25, Slippery Rock 16 — This is an interesting one. The Rockets have shown some grit in their first two games. Ryan Ferguson is having a monster season on both sides of the ball and Sto-Rox can be had.But it's the first of three road games for Slippery Rock, and Sto-Rox has too much speed.•

Valley 21, Freeport 8 — Nothing can kill a team like a 99-yard touchdown run on a third-and-15 in a tie game in the fourth quarter.That's what happened to the young Yellowjackets last week. It's hard to bounce back from that.•

Grove City 24, Wilmington 20 — This game will be televised on PCN at 9 p.m. Saturday. Don't miss it.The Eagles will start 3-0.•

Keystone 35, Union 9 — I'm off the Union bandwagon.•

Summit Academy 22, ShadySide Academy 21 — It's the battle of the Academy. Give the Oscar to the Knights. I'm staying on the bandwagon until it loses a wheel.Scoop is 20-3 and is very modest about it.
