PITTSBURGH

PITTSBURGH — Three 19-year-old men are charged in a rock-throwing incident that shattered a windshield on the Parkway West near Pittsburgh.

Thomas Burke and Walter Amman of Dormont, and Stephen R. Stone of Green Tree, are charged with reckless endangerment and other crimes.

State police say Burke threw a rock at the driver of another vehicle that tried to pass his pickup truck during the Monday afternoon rush hour. Police say the other driver wasn't hurt and reported the license plate of Burke's pickup after the incident.

Burke, Amman and Stone were arraigned early today.

Police are still looking for the person who threw a rock that seriously injured an 18-year-old girl on the same stretch of highway last month.
