Perry B. Bowser
Perry B. Bowser, 64, of Middlesex Township, formerly of Gibsonia, died Saturday at his home.
Born Nov. 9, 1942, in Cadogan, he was the son of Lizzie Fair Bowser of Cadogan and the late Thomas A. Bowser.
He was a 1960 graduate of Ford City High School and a Navy veteran.
For six years, he was an electrician for the Dravo Corp. In 1995, after 25 years of dedicated service, he retired as a district maintenance manager with the United Parcel Service.
Mr. Bowser loved to golf, hunt and travel. Above all, he loved social gatherings, where he was surrounded by his family and friends.
He was the loving husband for 46 years of Carole J. Law Bowser; loving father of Shaneen L. Stork of Ohio and Sherie L. Eckard and Holly L. Durham, both of Pittsburgh; and dear brother of Dorothy Gross of Ford City, Thomas A. Bowser, Jr. of Cadogan and Richard Bowser of Kittanning. Also surviving are nine loving grandchildren.
<B>BOWSER</B> — Friends of Perry B. Bowser, who died Saturday, July 7, 2007, will be received from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Schellhaas Funeral Home</B>, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Joel Benson officiating.
