CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Azza Gaines, 27, of Fenelton waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, soliciting theft, criminal trespass and defiant trespass, filed Aug. 30.
Nathan Hinderliter, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft by deception, bad checks, access device fraud and two counts of theft by unlawful taking, filed July 23.
Mary Mancione, 42, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed July 20.
Todd Alan Moore, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed Aug. 23.
Jerrod Patterson, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUIby a minor, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and failure to notify police of an accident, filed July 10.
William A. Phillips, 50, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived to court charges of retail theft and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 8.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Andrew Dwight Hiles, 22, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 21 by the Callery police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.Michael Scott Russi, 21, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged July 23 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregard of traffic lane and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Brett Lucido, 34, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance.Ryan John Scott, 24, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged July 27 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Frank Thaddeus London, 27, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged July 16 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.April Opperman, 35, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 31 by the Zelienople police with selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Donna Jane Luke, 36, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 12 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Sahr Nelson Nyandemoh, 29, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of failure to keep right, two each of counts of speeding and failing to obey duties at a stop sign and one count each of operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, driving with obscured plates, careless driving, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude officers and recklessly endangering another person.William C. Terry, 57, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with no rear lights, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and failure to stop at a red signal.Quinten J. Fair, 25, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged May 17 by the Cranberry Township police with fleeing or attempting to elude officers, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a red signal, two counts of failure to keep right, two counts of passing on left unsafely, two counts of disregard of traffic lane, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and driving without a license.Courtney Lynn Schilling, 26, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Lisa M. Chambers, 43, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failure to keep right and careless driving.Ryan M. Kennis, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right and careless driving.James Todd Wilfong, 33, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 31 by the state police with fleeing or attempting to elude officers, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without insurance, reckless driving and two counts each of failure to stop at a red signal, failure to keep right, passing when prohibited, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and careless driving.Michael N. Miller, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Robert D. Kania, 34, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.
