child abuse

Children today are terrible from kindergarden up. Don't blame the parents. Parents teach their children how to respect other. They get to school and all of our hard work is dismissed. They are told over and over "if an adult, parents included, hit you call the police or tell someone". I don't think a smack on the rear is any kind of abuse. So what are these fine teachers teaching our chirldren and grandchildren? We ask the children to please be good and listen to your teacher. Ok now. A childs mind has all this swimming around in their heads. What happens? No adults can hit me, not even a teacher because they are an adult. Not one can hit me. They take this to heart because the great teacher told them no one can hit you. Call iy a scapegoat but it starts in school. Did you ever have a child in 3rd grade say , "If you hit me I will call 911"? It happened and he was told by his parents, "don't ever say that to us again or you will get a smack on the rear and stay in your room for a week after school"!!!..Did he ever say it again?..Yes and he got his punishment. People need to get a grip on life! It a child goes to school battered and bruised, take action on that, not to the ones who don't really know what it is to be abused!!!.
