Butler High School graduate Samantha Karns tallied 12 kills and seven blocks to lift the Butler County Community College women's volleyball team to a 3-0 sweep of Westmoreland County Community College Wednesday by scores of 30-13, 30-22 and 30-16.
Crystal Kemery added 18 digs and eight service aces for the Pioneers (1-1), who will host Pitt-Titusville on Monday.
