Butler residents Mandy Snyder and Edward Blank Jr. were united in marriage at 3 p.m. June 2 at Saint Andrews United Presbyterian Church in Butler. The Rev. Merry Hope Meloy officiated. Areception followed at the Vagabond Center in Lyndora.
The bride is the daughter of Raymond and Patricia Snyder of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Edward Sr. and Matilda Blank of Perryopolis.
The matron of honor was Jill Aaron of Butler. Bridesmaids included Diane Powell of Butler and Belinda Stillman of Erie. The flower girl was Brianna Powell of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Chad Buczynski of South Park. Ushers included Sean Snyder of Butler and Don Paul of Belle Vernon.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Butler High School and a 1999 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for H.J. Heinz in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated in 1996 from McKeesport High School. He works for Allegheny Ford Truck Sales in Pittsburgh.
Following a honeymoon trip to Lancaster and Hershey, the couple is making their home in Butler.
