Watching the lastest butler city council meeting, and given the honor of listening to the city treasurer make his public appearance made me wonder. Since he is so good at telling everyone that he is right and everyone is wrong, maybe he should be given an award. Why council lets an elected official that does not have a vote always taking the podium to honor us with his "state of the city and why all of us should bow to him" is unreal. He sure does like to hear himself talk, and makes statements and shows documents that he tells us what they really mean since he is so so smart. Does he really believe that people take him seriously, and can't he see that the vast majority of people know he is just being Ralph the arrogant.
