Ricciardella, Scott

Marie and James Scott

Butler residents Marie Ricciardella and James Scott were united in marriage at 1 p.m. May 19 at St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church in Summit Township. The Rev. Kevin McKnight officiated. A reception followed at the Betsy's Barn in Portersville.

The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Karen Ricciardella of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Gary and Lucy Wheaton and John and Donna Scott, all of Greenville.

The maid of honor was Diane Ricciardella of Butler. The flower girl was Meredith Cummings of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Chase Brown of Karns City. Ushers included David Ricciardella of Butler and J.P. Scott of Greenville.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Robert Morris University. She works at U.S. Investigative Services in Boyers.

The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Greenville High School and attended Butler County Community College. He works for Pennwest Homes in Emlenton.

Following a honeymoon trip to the Smoky Mountain region of Tennessee, the couple is making their home in Parker.
