Tuesday — Police charged Jennifer L. Parker, 29, for drunken driving and other traffic violations in connection with a July 30 hit-and-run crash at Fifth and East Jefferson streets.Parker allegedly crashed her car into a cement wall at Joe Acquavita Auto Repair on East Jefferson Street and then drove away. Officers tracked the car to the woman's home, where she was arrested.Parker is charged with driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to unattended property, careless driving and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.

1:55 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Tonia Rowles, no age given, and Tanya Hosak, no age given, both of Karns City, collided on Hooker Road near Route 38 in Concord Township.9:50 p.m. Monday — Two unknown boys were seen throwing rocks and ears of corn at passing vehicles on Route 422 near Mekis Equipment in Clearfield Township.At least two vehicles were hit, including one driven by Ian Fowler, 24, of Kittanning. Police said Fowler's vehicle sustained about $400 in damage.Police described the boys as being between 10 and 15 years old; they were ware wearing shorts and T-shirts.Anyone with information about the boys is asked to call the barracks at 724-282-8100.Monday — A1955 Ford tractor was stolen between July 9 and Monday from a field behind the SlipperyRoad Road home of Dan Strader in Slippery Rock Township. The unknown thief or thieves loaded Strader's tractor, valued at $4,000, onto a trailer and drove away.The tractor's serial number is 85060472; the transmission casing number is NDA7006B-54T.July 20 — Gregory Andre, 34, of Valencia was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a hit-and-run crash in Fairview Township.Andre drove away after his sport utility vehicle struck several trees along Fairview Road near Snake Road. He is also accused of damaging a garage door at a Sunbury Street home. In addition to DUI, Andre was cited for criminal mischief and other undisclosed traffic violations.

1:50 a.m. Tuesday — Police arrested James Edward Popolis, 58, of Kittanning for allegedly assaulting one woman and directing threats at another woman at a Babel Road home in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.Popolis is accused of hitting Lee Ann Popolis, 44, of Kittanning and threatening to shoot the children of Sara Ann Patton, 26, of Kittanning. A police report did not indicate the relationship between the defendant and Lee Ann Popolis.A convict felon, Popolis is charged with possession of a gun, terrorist threats, two counts of simple assault, and harassment. He was arraigned on charges and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $30,000 bond.
