I agree with Lena from Butler's statements highlighting the incentives the government has to keep drugs illegal. Similar to the twisted logic that lies behind the sin taxes on cigarette purchases (not to mention tax subsidies to tobacco farmers) the War on Drugs is really a farce that creates criminals and only serves to add to the tyranny and corruption of government.
