EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Eric Edward Wobb, 46, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Paul S. Petrig, 62, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged July 5 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault and harassment.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:William Emerson Bair, 40, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.Jacob R. Ross, 45, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 2 by the Butler County detectives with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to deliver or possess narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.Marlon DePree Easley, 35, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 2 by the Butler County detectives with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and one count of conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to deliver or possess narcotics.Robert J. Farzo, 48, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 15 by the Cranberry Township police with possessing an instrument of crime, loitering and prowling at nighttime, public drunkenness, harassment, criminal mischief and attempted criminal trespass.Chad Clifton Hodges, 41, of Garland, Texas, waived his case to court. He was charged July 22 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner;James Neal Raisley, 54, of Saniga Road, Slippery Rock, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, and careless driving. Charges were filed by Harrisville police July 2.Dennis Deal Jr., 25,of Mercer, waived to court two charges of retail theft, filed by Harrisville police June 21.JasonTyler Wedel, 24, of Elizabeth, was held for court on charges of posession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed by state policeJuly 17.Douglas Boyer, 45, of West Park Road, SlipperyRock, waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by state police June 27.Kenneth Kastelic Jr., 44, of McGregor Road, Butler, waived to court charges of driving under suspension, DUI-related, and not wearing a seat belt, filed by state police June 11.
