Corey M. Bishop, 34, of Mars waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed July 6 by Middlesex Township police.

Beverly J. Blystone, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed June 11 by Penn Township police.

Joshua L. Bower, 23, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed March 26 by state police.

Monica R. Cressley, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 18 by Penn Township police.

Lorraine S. Donaldson, 18, of Renfrew waived to court charges of access device fraud, theft, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 18 by Penn Township police.

Williams T. Duncan, 27, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, was held for court on a charge of tampering with records, filed June 16 by Saxonburg police.

John Earl Hardisty, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed June 4 by state police.

Joseph M. Kelly, 24, of Sarver waived to court a charge of DUI, filed May 10 by state police.

Debra Scalise, 34, of Butler was held for court on a charge of tampering with records, filed June 16 by Saxonburg police.

Denise L. Scott, 27, of Etna, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of driver's license violations and driving without rear lights, filed June 16 by Saxonburg police.

Clayton L. Williams, 21, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of DUI and disorderly conduct, filed June 14 by Saxonburg police.
