Edward and Mary Jeanne Baughman

Edward and Mary Jeanne Baughman of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage recently with a family dinner at The Kaufman House in Zelienople.

The former Mary Jeanne Gates married Baughman Aug. 2, 1947, at St. John's Reformed Church in Butler Township.

They have three sons, Timothy Baughman of Butler, Thomas Baughman of Chicora and Todd Baughman of Warner Robins, Ga.

They also have eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Baughman is retired from the Air Force. He belongs to the American Legion, the VFW and the Sons of The American Revolution.

Mrs. Baughman is a homemaker. She serves as a Red Cross volunteer and family service coordinator and as a Cub Scout den mother.

The couple belongs to First English Lutheran Church in Butler.
