Virginia and Michael Uram

Michael and Virginia Uram of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage recently with a family picnic at the home of their daughter.

The former Virginia Polanec married Uram July 19, 1947, at St. John Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora.

They have two children, Robert Uram and Donna Mores, both of Butler. They also have a granddaughter.

Uram retired in 1986 from the Coil Warehouse Department of Armco. A veteran of World War II, he is an active member of American Legion Post 778.Mrs. Uram is a homemaker.

The Urams in 1947
