Dorothy and Sam Slagle

Gerald "Sam"and Dorothy Slagle of Parker celebrated 60 years of marriage recently.

The former Dorothy McCall married Slagle on July 19, 1947, at the Presbyterian Church Manse in Rimersburg.

They have a daughter, Kathy Kriebel of Parker. Another Daughter, Roxane Aton, is deceased.

They also have four grandsons and two great-grandchildren.

Slagle is retired from Koppers in Petrolia. He is a Mason and is a member of the NTC Camping Club.

Mrs. Slagle is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to Parker Presbyterian Church.
