Amelia and Edward McKivigan

Edward and Amelia McKivigan of Kent, Ohio, celebrated 60 years of marriage recently with a family dinner in Kent, hosted by their children.

The former Amelia Stock married McKivigan July 22, 1947, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have four children, Beverlee McKivigan Sabetta of Westerville, Ohio; James McKivigan of Las Vegas; Brian McKivigan of Akron, Ohio; and Lisa Wolcott of Tallmadge, Ohio.

They also have two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

McKivigan, a native of Butler, is retired.

Mrs. McKivigan is retired from Ohio Bell.
