Rose and Tony Green

Tony and Rose Green of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage recently.

The former Rose Tatsak married Green on July 13, 1957, at St. John's Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville.

They have three daughters, Sharon Snyder and Lynn Oswald, both of Butler, and Carol Medley of Albuquerque, N.M.

They also have five grandsons.

Green is retired from Pullman Standard. A veteran of the Army, he served during the Korean War.

Mrs. Green is a former employee of Mellon National Bank.

The couple belongs to St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.
