Frishkorn 60th anniversary
Bob and Uldine Frishkorn of Zelienople celebrated 60 years of marriage recently with a family picnic at the home of their nephew in Zelienople.
The former Uldine Leasher married Frishkorn July 23, 1947, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cumberland, Md.
They have a daughter, Janice Waldenmyer of Dayton Ohio.
They also have two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
Frishkorn retired from Halstead Industries in 1985. He is a member of the Evans City 60 Plus group.
Mrs. Frishkorn worked at Hawk's Brothers Cleaners for 25 years, as an activity aide at Evergreen Nursing Home for eight years and for seven years in the message center at the Butler Auto Auction. She is a line dancer in the Evans City 60 Plus group.
The couple belongs to St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Evans City. They are also life members of the Evans City Sportsman's Club and have been avid trapshooters for 40 years.
