Hutchison

Miranda Hutchison, daughter of Don and Paula Hutchison of Butler, has been selected to perform in the "High School Musical Pep Rally" show at MGM Studios in Orlando, Fla.Agraduate of the Bradford School of Business, she has also danced with the Pittsburgh CLOand as a Macy Star for Macy's.Hutchison studied dance at Lee's School of Dance in Butler for 13 years. She also danced competitively for seven years with the Cecchetti Ballet Company.———

Two local women earned top honors during the recent regional conference for Complete Healthcare Resources.<B>Donna Sell</B>, director of nursing at Saxony Health Center, received the award of Director of Nursing for 2007. This is the second time in three years she has earned the award. Sell received her degree in nursing from Butler County Community College and recently earned her Nursing Home Administrators License.Sell currently serves on the board for health services at Lenape Vocational-Technical School and Butler County Vocational-Technical School and belongs to the Pennsylvania Association Directors of Nursing Administration of Long Term Care and the American Society for Long Term Care Nurses.<B>Sharon Wissinger</B>, dietary manager at Saxony Health Center, was the recipient of the Shining Star Award for 2007. The shining star award is given in recognition of service and professional commitment by an individual in their respective department.Wissinger began her career with Saxony in 1980 as a dietary aide. She was promoted in 1990 to her current position as the dietary manager at Saxony Health Center.———

Winners at the <B>Butler Duplicate Bridge Club </B>game July 12 were <B>Jan Horwitz </B>and <B>Lorraine Worsley</B>. Coming in second place were <B>Ellie Scalzo </B>and <B>Carole Jones</B>.
