Steven E. Andreassi, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed May 16 by state police.
Phillip L. Baptiste, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license, filed June 4 by state police.
Jason C. Blystone, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, receiving stolen property, fraudulent use of a license plate, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, invalid registration and certificate of title, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road, and a lane violation, filed June 5 by Butler Township police.
Douglas L. Cogley, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of DUIand speeding, filed June 4 by state police.
Tracy L. Deal, 36, of Petrolia waived to court 10 counts of illegal acquisition of a controlled substance, filed June 4 by the state attorney general's office.
Dennis M. Feltz Jr., 26, of Evans City was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication, filed June 30 by Butler Township police.
Ginger T. Kilroy, 28, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, filed June 26 by state police.
Jonathan F. Kriebel, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed June 15 by Butler Township police.
Jenna E. Niedenberger, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 10 by Butler Township police.
Joshua H. Novotny, 26, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 9 by Butler Township police.
Carla S. Wolfe, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 21 by Butler Township police.

Logue, 35, of Chicora waived to court charges of child endangerment and two counts of simple assault, filed May 28.Melissa Miller, 19, of Hubbard, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, careless driving, and minors prohibited from operating a vehicle with alcohol their system, filed May 15.

Huges, 49, of Morgan Road, Butler, waived to court driving under suspension, registered certificate and title registration charges filed by state police June 6.Katherine Yova, 25, of Perry Highway, Portersville, waived to court bad checks and theft by deception charges filed by Portersville police June 19.William Lyons, 20, of Fairview Road, North Washington, waived to court possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance charges filed by Harrisville police July 2. He is also facing a drug paraphernalia charge.
