CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Brent Ramon Willis, 29, of Charlotte, N.C., waived his case to court. He was charged March 26 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of forgery, two counts of identity theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Brian Matthew Pastoria, 24, of Freeport had his case held to court. He was charged April 11 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts each of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Vanessa Jean Sensenich, 20, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged April 11 by Butler County detectives with manfacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

Reynoldo R. Sanchez, 33, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving death or personal injury, driving with a suspended license, failure to yield right, failure to keep right, period for requiring lighted headlights and improper child restraint system.

Dean Carl Abbinanti, 56, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield to oncoming traffic when making a left turn.

Mark Maxwell Moore, 41, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and failure to notify police of a change in address.

Bryan Joseph Guy, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

Peggy Sue Ford, 38, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Rory R. Rieger, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 1 by the Butler County detectives with receiving stolen property.

Brandon L. Cahall, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 24 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.

Andrew M. Jarrett, 22, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:James Stephen Birsic, 53, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey a stop sign.Rickie Allan Yocham, 54, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged June 10 by the state police with three counts each of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, giving false identification to law enforcement officers, driving with a suspended license, two counts of failure to stop at a red signal, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, speeding, reckless driving, failure to use restraint systems (child booster) and failure to use safety belt system.John Kamerer, 33, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged May 16 by the Jackson Township police with four counts of possession of a controlled substance and five counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Wayne Dodson, 41, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 16 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and following too closely.Derek John Lohuis, 52, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, resisting arrest, careless driving, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, disregard of traffic lane, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to keep right.
