April C. Ferguson, 20, of Emlenton waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 14.
Anthony E. Frye, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disobeying traffic control devices, filed May 7.
Shawn C. Garvey, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and speeding, filed May 7.
KellyD. Howard, 22, of Emlenton waived to court charges of forgery, attempted acquisition of a controlled substance by forgery, possessing an instrument of crime, access device fraud and attempted possession of a controlled substance, filed June 10.
Melanie O. Kaplin, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed June 14.
David R. Love Jr., 26, of Ford City, Armstrong County waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, retail theft and harassment, filed June 6.
Amanda L. Melish, 19, of East Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 8.
Melissa E. Miller, 19, of Parker waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed June 15.
Colby E. Nicholas, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to give information or render aid after an accident, and a lane violation, filed May 15.-
Justin L. Olson, 22, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 8.
Jonathan D. Panther, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 19. Panther was ordered to pay $440 in fines and court costs.
Gregory A. Rock, 41, of East Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed May 4.
Kurtis S. Wentling, 24, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of vehicles, filed June 8.
Joshua S. Young pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 22. Young was ordered to pay $395 in fines and court costs.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:James Richard Gottron, 32, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 6 by the Butler County Detectives with escape.J Trinidad Campuzano Tovar, 39, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and no turn signal.Tammy Sue Carr, 33, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with disposal of a vehicle altered or illegally obtained, two counts of receiving stolen property and insurance fraud.Dawn L. Klimko, 39, of Belle Vernon, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 12, 2003, by the Cranberry Township police with three counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Jason Robert Acheson, 27, of Bradford Woods, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged May 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Bernard Seligman, 40, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 30 by the Jackson Township police with harassment.Jennifer L. Kwiatek, 31, formerly of Evans City, waived her case to court. She was charged April 4 by the Evans City police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and three counts of defiant trespass.Nicholis J. Herschk, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 23 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor and driving with no rear lights.Samuel Raymond Sample, 48, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 31 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness.Robin Marie Witting, 51, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged April 18 by the Jackson Township police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.Mark Lyons, 41, of Volant, Mercer County, had his case held to court. He was charged April 30 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
