Daniel and Nelle Zarnick

Daniel and Nelle Zarnick of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage recently with a family dinner in Pittsburgh.

The former Nelle Fitzpatrick married Zarnick June 26, 1947, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have seven children, Kathy Grossman, Daniel Zarnick Jr., Gary Zarnick, Maureen English and Terri Osche, all of Butler; Connie Clark of Woodbridge, Va.; and Robert Zarnick of Pittsburgh.

They also have 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Zarnick is retired from Butler Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He is a member of the VFW.

Mrs. Zarnick is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
