PENN TWP — Senator Jane Orie will host the third annual Kid's Expo for children and families from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Butler County Airport, Airport Road.Admission is free, and the event will include informational displays and activities for children.

The Butler YWCA, 120 W. ZELIENOPLE — The Zelienople Historical Society is seeking artists within 20 miles of Zelienople to participate in its annual artist show and sale opening July 19.To participate, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ZHS, P.O. Box 45, Zelienople, PA16063-0045 to receive entry rules and information. No crafts will be accepted, works must be framed and suitable for hanging.Information is also available by calling the historical society at 724-452-9457. LYNDORA — T.O.P.S. 152, which meets at the Paul Laurence Dunbar Community Center, 501 Fairground Hill Road, will host a yard and bake sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 23 at the community center.Entries sought for photography contestThe Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau is now accepting entries for its annual photography contest.Entries of photos of Butler County taken by amateur photographers will be displayed at the annual Regatta at Lake Arthur, Aug. 4 and 5.
