Langa, Chottiner

David and Jennifer Chottiner

Pittsburgh residents Jennifer Langa and David Chottiner were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 11, at the Rivers Club in Pittsburgh. The Rabbi Janine Schloss led the ceremony, assisted by the Rev. Harry Bielewicz. A reception followed at the club.

The bride is the daughter of Dave and Julie Langa of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Jack Chottiner and Deborah Chottiner, both of Pittsburgh.

The matron of honor was Beth Stoops of Butler. Bridesmaids included JoLynn Clouse of Butler, Amy Horn of Pittsburgh and Lindsay Chottiner of Atlanta.

Performing the duties of best man was Rick Siger of Richmond, Va. Ushers included Daniel Langa of Butler; Cameron Fisher of Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada; Jason Chottiner of Pittsburgh; and Jacob Hansen of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Slippery Rock High School, a 2002 graduate of Slippery Rock University and a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a master's degree. She is employed as a teacher at Fox Chapel Country Day School.

The bridegroom graduated from Shady Side Academy in 1998 and from Washington University in St. Louis in 2002. He works as a teacher at Shady Side Academy.

Following a honeymoon trip to London and Paris, the couple is making their home in Pittsburgh.
