Remaly

Grace M. Remaly, 84, of Boyers, affectionately known as "Gracie," formerly of Spring Hill, passed peacefully at 5:30 p.m. Wedn-esday at Orchard Manor in Grove City.

Born May 20, 1922, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of John G. and Mary A Windstein Dorsch.

She was a member of the St. Alphonsus Parish.

Mrs. Remaly had been a timekeeper at H.J. Heinz during World War II.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, drinking strawberry milkshakes, talking on the phone, trying new restaurants, going to the movies and dancing the polka at weddings. She also was an avid Steelers fan.

In her youth, she liked to ice skate at Lake Elizabeth where she met her husband, ride roller coasters at West View Park and play softball on Spring Hill.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and James Stockham of Boyers; four granddaughters, Mrs. Kent (Stephanie) Deal, Mrs. Randy (Stacey) Armagost Mrs. Steve (Amy) Bair and Mrs. Erick (Megan) Dixon, all of Boyers; and 12 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Regis (Bernice) Ruffner, Mrs. Margaret O'Hara and John L. Dorsch, all of Pittsburgh.

Her husband, Paul J. Remaly, whom she married April 12, 1947, died Jan. 11, 1997. She also was preceded in death by a son, Richard P. Remaly, who died July 9, 2005.

<B>REMALY </B>— In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation for Grace M. Remaly, who died Wednesday, May 9, 207. Following a Mass of Christian burial, she will be laid to rest in the family cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to the Sharon Regional Health System Hospice, 2320 Highland Road, Hermitage, PA 16148.Arrangements are being handled by the <B>William F.
