2:06 a.m. Tuesday — Nicole Palm, 28, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence/incapable of safe driving, driving under the influence/highest rate of alcohol, going the wrong way on a one-way street and driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Filmore Street.5:26 p.m. Monday — Cheryl Tucker, 57, of Butler reported the theft of a $100 green Roadmaster bicycle outside her residence at 319 Howard St.

2:45 p.m. Tuesday — An SUV driven by Tabbatha Johnston, 18, of West Sunbury lost control on Hall Road in Clay Township, sliding off the road into multiple trees before rolling onto its roof. The driver and her passenger, a 17-year-old female of Vanleer, Tenn., were wearing seat belts and received minor injuries. The driver was charged with not driving at a safe speed. The West Sunbury Volunteer Fire Department and Butler EMS assisted at the scene.Tuesday — The driver of a car that fled the scene of an accident in which the vehicle struck an embankment on Church Road in Lancaster Township at 9:45 p.m. Sunday has been identified as Zackary Armstrong, 19, of Prospect.5:03 p.m. Monday — A car driven by James Mackalika, 60, of Butler and a car driven by Cody Myers, 21, of Polk collided at the intersection of Route 8 and Renfrew Road. Both men, who were wearing seat belts, received moderate injuries. Mackalika was cited for a stop sign violation. The Penn Township Volunteer Fire Department and Butler EMS assisted at the scene.7:14 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Emily Kronenwetter, 24, of Indiana, Pa., struck a guardrail along Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township while trying to avoid hitting another vehicle. She was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.Monday — Bruce Fountain, 51, of New Castle was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and summary violations following an April 14 traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.Sunday — Someone threw eggs at two pickup trucks driven by Casey Pistorius, age unavailable, of Harrisville and Larry Weitzel, age unavailable, of Butler on Unionville Road in Franklin Township between 1:30 and 2 a.m.11:24 p.m. Saturday — Charles E. McDaniel II, age unavailable, of Butler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 8 in Center Township.

11 p.m. May 28 — Alan L. Ezzolo, age unavailable, was charged with simple assault after allegedly choking Ruth Dent during an argument at their Pine Township residence at 1320 W. Main St. There were visible marks on Dent's neck.12:30 a.m. May 14 — A 16-year-old boy, who escaped from George Junior Republic in Pine Township, was located and returned to the facility.

10:40 a.m. Tuesday — An SUV driven by a 15-year-old boy hit a tree off Best Road in Toby Township. The boy was wearing a seat belt and received minor injuries.6:26 p.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by Elza Wright, 68, of Rimersburg traveled over an embankment off Canoe Ripple Road in Beaver Township. Wright was wearing a seat belt and received a minor cut on his head. He was taken by ambulance to Clarion Hospital. The Callensburg Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.Sunday — Someone stole various unspecified items from a vehicle driven by Martin Wetzel, 37, while it was parked at Doc's Tavern in Toby Township between 1:10 and 2:30 a.m.12:16 a.m. Saturday — Donald W. Martin, 54, of Freeport was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 66 at the Interstate 80 westbound on-ramp in Clarion Township.7:50 a.m. May 30 — A tractor-trailer driven by Ronald D. Gagnon, 39, of Rockland, Mich., hit a deer on Interstate 80 in Richland Township.

2:15 a.m. Saturday — Michael McMillen, 33, of Cabot was charged with driving under the influence, fleeing or eluding police, careless driving, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of another person and speeding violations after his vehicle wrecked at the corner of Brewer Road and Route 228 in Clinton Township, shearing a utility pole, during a pursuit. After the wreck, he fled on foot before being caught. He was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries. Police report McMillen was speeding on the wrong side of Pittsburgh Street in Saxonburg and would not stop, leading to the pursuit.1:34 a.m. May 27 — Arthur Carion, 52, of Tarentum was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road following a traffic stop on South Rebecca Street. His blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.7:10 p.m. May 26 — Terence Emminger, 47, of Saxonburg was charged with driving under the influence and multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop on Horne Avenue. His blood alcohol content was more than twice the limit for drunken driving.
