Donegal Grange 1495 recently presented its 2007 Citizen of the Year award to the

Rev. Mark Wallace of the Chicora Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.Ervin Davis, master of the grange, presented the award to Wallace during the grange's recent open house.Wallace is active in the Petroleum Valley Ministerium, serves as a director and treasurer of the Petroleum Valley Youth Center and helped begin the Winter Youth Center in Chicora.Wallace also assists with the Youth All-Nighter at the Butler County Family YMCA, the Chicora Memorial Day Parade, and the Petroleum Valley Food Cupboard.———Winners at the
