PROSPECT — A Prospect Community Day Car Cruise will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Fairground Market, Route 422.Admission is free and food will be available for purchase. The event will also include a disc jockey, door prizes and drawings.Proceeds benefit the Prospect Historical Society.
CHICORA — The annual Kaylor School Reunion will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. June 3 at the Frogtown Wildlife Club, Frogtown-Kaylor Road.
BUTLER TWP — Lifesteps will host free Child Check developmental screenings for children age 5 and younger from 9 a.m. to noon Friday at the Butler Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Building 69, 325 New Castle Road.Each screening takes about 30 minutes and results will immediately be discussed with parents.Appointments are recommended. The annual Bicycle Rodeo will be held June 22 at the Island Playground, Hazel and Beckett avenues.The event will begin at 9 a.m. and will include karaoke, giveaways and a free bike for city residents ages 5 to 15 who register in advance.An official ceremony will be held at noon.
