Coroian

George E. Coroian, 72, of West Deer Township died Wednesday at UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless Township.

Born Dec. 22, 1934, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Nicholas and Mildred Miller Coroian.

He retired from Mellon Bank as a real estate officer and developer.

Mr. Coroian loved hunting, fishing and golfing.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy J. Love Coroian; his children, George E. Coroian Jr. of Kittanning, Michelle Downing of Ellwood City and Sharon Conway of Lower Burrell; his brother, Nicholas Coroian of West Deer Township, and stepchildren, John Love of West Virginia, David Love of Rossiter and Tim Love of Punxsutawney. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren, a great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillian Evanega Coroian, and two siblings.

Coroian, who died Wednesday, April 17, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Schellhaas Funeral Home</B>, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Butler, with the Rev. Bruce Geary, officiating.
