John T. "Jack" O'Neal, 72, of Kittanning died Thursday at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born April 25, 1934, in Kittanning, he was the son of John T. O'Neal and Catherine Taylor O'Neal Wagner and the stepson of George A. Wagner.

He lived in the Kittanning area all his life and retired from the Armco-Butler Works.

Mr. O'Neal served in the Army from 1956 to 1958.

He was an avid NASCAR fan, a regular at Lernerville Speedway and loved being on his computer. He also liked country music and sitting on his front porch.

Surviving are his wife, Joanne Minich O'Neal; two sons, John O'Neal Jr. of Ford City and Robert O'Neal of Kittanning, and a grandson.

<B>O'Neal</B> — Friends of John T. "Jack" O'Neal, who died Thursday, April 12, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home</B>, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Paul Ribel officiating. Burial will be at the Kittanning Cemetery. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
