Gordon Logan, 80, of Butler died at 3:56 p.m. Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Sept. 20, 1926, in Jackson Township, he was the son of John and Verna Marburger Logan.

He was a member of the First English Lutheran Church. He also belonged to the Masonic Lodge 769 and the Shriners of Pittsburgh and New Castle.

Mr. Logan, an Army veteran of World War II, served with the 3rd and 4th Army in the medical unit in 1945 and 1946.

He retired from Armco-Butler Works in 1992.

Surviving are his wife, Donna Henry Logan whom he married May 25, 1957; a daughter, Mrs. Glenn (Brenda D.) Bobb of Mechanicsburg; a niece; two nephews; four grandnieces, and numerous cousins.

<B>LOGAN </B>— Friends of Gordon Logan, who died Thursday, April 12, 2007, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 3 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W. Jefferson St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the First English Lutheran Church, 241 N. Main St., with the Rev. James Dollhopf officiating. Burial will be at the Butler County Memorial Park, Butler Township.Masonic services will be held at 6:45 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Information also is available at www.youngfuneralhomes.com.
