3:20 a.m. Saturday — Arthur Day Jr., 38, is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, Paula Carben, 36, during a domestic dispute at the couple's North Main Street apartment. Day is charged with simple assault.Saturday — Robert Kennedy reported someone stole his weed eater from the yard of his American Avenue home. The weed eater is valued at $109.Friday — Jason Beckwith reported his wallet was taken between Wednesday and Friday from a van at his Taylor Street home.3:54 p.m. Thursday — A conversion van driven by William Swisher, 34, of Butler and a mini-van driven by Robin Chiocchi, 52, of Wexford collided on East Cunningham Street. Swisher was cited for illegally passing another vehicle.

Saturday — Authorities announced that task force members with the help of the county's adult probation office arrested severed suspected street-level drug dealers and users based on warrants.The arrests stem from drug investigations in and around Butler between April 30 and Friday.The suspects are city residents Sean Davis, 44; Juanita Newhouse, 34; Vicki Beechey, 52; Robert Staley, 32; and Daniel Seitz Jr., 30. Also arrested was Courtney Anthony, 32, of Butler Township.

Sunday — A white golf cart with a roof and the number 1 on the sides and front was stolen between 8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday from the Prospect Road home of Beatrice Turner in Connoquenessing Township.12:32 a.m. Saturday — Randy Christofano, 20, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 8 in Butler Township.Saturday — An unknown burglar between April 28 and Saturday broke into the mobile home and detached garage of Howard McElheny on West Eldorado Road in Parker Township. Police did not report if any property was stolen.Friday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Tricia Sobehart, 30 and a car driven by Eric McKay, 34, both of Pittsburgh, collided on Interstate 79 in Worth Township.8:34 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by James Burton, 38, of Pittsburgh struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Route 356 in Jefferson Township. Police cited Burton, who was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries, for careless driving.

Sunday — Four people were injured when a sport utility vehicle driven by Robert Stalker, 41, of Harrisville and a car driven by Helen Garvis, 18, of Grove City collided at Route 208 and Tie Line Road in Pine Township, Mercer County.Garvis and three youths riding in the van were treated for undisclosed injuries at Grove City Medical Center.
