Willoughby, Edmiston

A July 7 wedding is being planned by Julie Edmiston of Ebensburg and Thomas Willoughby of Saxonburg.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ed and Kathy Edmiston of Ebensburg. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mark and Cindy Willoughby of Saxonburg.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Central Cambria High School and recently completed a master's degree in elementary education at the University of Pittsburgh. She is employed at a school in Richmond, Va.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Knoch High School and recently completed a doctoral degree in pharmacy at the University of Pittsburgh. He is employed at CVSPharmacy in Richmond, Va.
