5:17 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Brian Wissinger, 26, and a pickup truck driven by Kevin Kline, 33, both of Center Township, collided on North Main Street.Monday — Police charged Daisy Adams, 52, of Summit Township for allegedly altering a prescription in an attempt April 13 to obtain the painkiller Vicodin from the Kmart pharmacy in Pullman Square. Adams is charged with forgery and attempting to procure drugs by forgery.6:46 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Dari Downey, 41, of Butler Township and a van driven by Dawna Rhodaberger, 42, of Summit Township collided at South Main and East Wayne streets.

8:30 p.m. Wednesday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Michelle Cannon, 28, of Townsville, Crawford County, crashed into a median and rolled over on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. Colleen Alicea, 26, of Meadville, Crawford County, a passenger wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Police cited Cannon for an undisclosed traffic violation.Tuesday — A Sony television and combination DVD/videocassette player, about 50 DVDs, a two-way radio with charger, microwave oven, toaster and two coffee pots were stolen between 5 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in a burglary at a Mount Union Road home in Worth Township.Sunday — A red Troy-Bilt push lawnmower was stolen between 10 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday in a theft at a Chauser Lane home in Clay Township. Ryan Spicer of Slippery Rock owns the mower.5:05 a.m. Saturday — A Portersville youth was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Currie and Fisher roads in Worth Township. Police did not identity the 17-year-old driver.

2:10 p.m. April 25 — A pickup truck driven by William Deloe, 23, of Rimersburg struck a sport utility vehicle at Cherry Run and Huey roads in Toby Township, Clarion County, and drove off after the crash. Troopers found the pickup abandoned about 2 miles from the crash. Deloe was found later. Police said Deloe faces hit-and-run charges. Dennis Sebring, 57, of Parker was driving the SUV hit in the crash.

3:50 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Allison Strassberg, 19, of Manhassett Hill, N.Y., crashed into a median and rolled over on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township, Mercer County. Strassberg, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.
