Donald and Nancy Callen

Donald and Nancy Callen of Butler will celebrate 55 years of marriage Thursday. Afamily dinner is planned.

The former Nancy Patrick married Callen May 3, 1952, at the home of the bride's parents in Zelienople.

They have two children, Rickard Callen of Zelienople and Janine Callen of Butler.

Callen is retired. He is a member of the Connoquenessing Water Shed Alliance and the Mental Health Association.

Mrs. Callen is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to Nixon United Methodist Church, where Callen participates in the Nixon United Methodist men's group, and Mrs. Callen serves as a music coordinator and is a member of the church choir. The Callens are also American Red Cross volunteers.
