7:55 p.m. Sunday — Justin Lee Herp, 28, of Butler allegedly violated a protection from abuse order when he went to the home of Kristen Graham, 24, at the Golden L Trail Court in Connoquenessing Township. Herp is charged with indirect criminal contempt.5:28 p.m. Sunday — Karl Schweizer, 41, of Valencia was injured when he crashed his motorcycle while allegedly trying to elude police who tried to stop him for speeding on Route 8 in Middlesex Township.Police said the motorcycle crashed when it hit a mailbox along Route 228 East. Schweizer was treated for minor injuries at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. A police report did not indicate if he was wearing a helmet.11:39 a.m. Sunday — A motorcycle driven by Timothy Rupert, 66, of Pittsburgh hit a dog that was chasing a squirrel across Route 356 in Jefferson Township. The motorcycle crashed onto its side. Rupert, who was wearing a helmet, suffered minor injuries. He was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital.2:05 a.m. Sunday — Lisa Hockenberry, 40, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 8 in Penn Township.12:10 a.m. Sunday — Justin Koebler, 18, of West Sunbury was cited for careless driving after his pickup truck struck a utility pole and a house on Main Street in West Sunbury. Police said the crash occurred when Koebler apparently fell asleep at the wheel.Sunday — A Poulan weed-eater and 5-gallon gas can with gas in it were stolen between April 23 and Sunday from a storage shed at Kittanning and Green streets in Chicora. Joseph Negley Jr. of Chicora owns the stolen property, valued at $125.2 p.m. Saturday — A 13-year-old Cabot boy is suspected of firing a BB gun and shooting out a window of a vehicle on Winfield Road in Winfield Township. Benny Piccolino, 38, of Bakerstown, Allegheny County, owns the vehicle.4:50 a.m. Saturday — A pickup truck driven by Craig Neiper, 26, of Slippery Rock hit a deer on Route 422 near Dick Road in Franklin Township.3:55 a.m. Saturday — Jason Beardsley, 21, of Slippery Rock was arrested on several charges after he allegedly refused to leave Palmers Bar at Oakview Golf Course in Slippery Rock Township. Beardsley was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest, trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, and placed in Butler County Prison on $5,000 bond.2:40 a.m. Saturday — Brandon Savochka, 34, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his sport utility vehicle struck a guardrail on Route 422 near Route 356 in Butler Township.1:10 a.m. Saturday — Michael Hilliards, 35, of Boyers was arrested for suspicion of DUI at routes 38 and 58 in Eau Claire. Police also cited Hilliards for careless driving, a lane violation, not wearing a seat belt and an open container violation.9:35 a.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Kimberly Rieser, 46, of Imperial, Allegheny County, struck the rear of a car at Interstate 79 and Route 528 in Jackson Township. Nehemiah Kassay, 34, of Fairview, W. Va., who was driving the car, and Rieser both stopped and got of their vehicles. But police said when Kassay told Rieser he was calling police, the woman got back into her pickup and drove away.Friday — Someone Thursday or Friday broke into a vending machine at the Trader Horn store on Route 422 in Franklin Township.Thursday — An undisclosed amount of money was stolen from a lock box in a burglary between March 26 and Tuesday at the Porter Road home of Jason McBride in Marion Township.Thursday — Several tools were stolen in a burglary between April 23 and Thursday at a house on Rustic Woods Road in Washington Township. Mark George of Chicora and Owen Desh Jr. of Cabot own the stolen property.Thursday — A stove was stolen in a burglary between 3 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday at a newly built home on Joanne Court in Forward Township.4 p.m. April 21— A motorcycle driven by Charles Stump, 56, no address given, and a car driven by Sue Jugovic, 41, no address given, collided on Reibold Road in Forward Township. Stump, who was not wearing a helmet, was flown by medical helicopter with unknown injuries to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

7:30 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by John Mathieson, 52, of Mercer struck an embankment and rolled over on Cranberry Road near Irishtown Road in Pine Township, Mercer County. Beverly Mathieson, 57, of Mercer, a passenger, suffered minor injuries.John Mathieson said the crash occurred after he swerved his car to avoid a deer that ran onto the road.7:30 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Jeffrey Lopez, no age given, struck a utility pole and tree along George Junior Road in Pine Township, Mercer County.

April 18 — An amp welder was stolen April 17 or 18 from a construction site on Frew Mill Road near Grant City Road in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. Carmen Paliotta Construction owns the welder.
