Horstman, Stumpf

A July 14 wedding is being planned by Stephanie Stumpf of Rochester and Sean Horstman of Fenelton.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Carol Stumpf of Rochester. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Donald and Deborah Horstman of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Beaver County Christian School and a 2007 graduate of Malone College.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Butler High School. He works for Progressive Woodworking.
