2:17 a.m. Thursday — Harold Ellenberger, 73, of Chicora was arrested for driving under the influence after police found him sleeping behind the wheel of his sport utility vehicle that was stopped on the wrong side of Queenstown Road in Perry Township, Armstrong County.
