Mary Lou Sinclair, 76, of Winfield Township, formerly of Nat-rona Heig-hts, died Monday at the Alle-Kiski Medical Center, where she was a patient for seven weeks after complications from a medical procedure.

Born April 12, 1930, in Johnstown, she was the daughter of Donald and Henrietta Hendrickson Ruffner.

She was a 1947 alumna of Windber High School in Somerset County and a 1950 graduate of the West Penn School of Nursing. She had been nurse at West Penn Hospital and Allegheny Valley Hospital and retired as a visiting nurse for Allegheny County.

She enjoyed reading and playing cards and was an avid sports fan. Most of all, she enjoyed following her grandchildren's activities.

She was a former member of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Natrona Heights and was a current member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot.

She is survived by five children, Christine and Kenneth Elliott, with whom she made her home for the past six years, Pamela and Mark Smith of Tarentum, William and Sandy Landowski Sinclair of Olathe, Kan., Jeffrey and Laurie (Daloise) Sinclair of Natrona Heights and Eric and Tammy Graham Sinclair of Arnold; and her beloved grandchildren, Bill and Lexie Elliott of Sarver, Joshua and Megan Smith of Tarentum, Jennifer, Kayla and Hunter Sinclair of Olathe, Rachel and Jeffrey Sinclair of Natrona Heights, Tiffany Sinclair of Pittsburgh, Brittany, Holly and Hannah Sinclair of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Alex and Kyle Huffman of Arnold.

Also surviving are her siblings, Marge Hughes of Johnstown and Edward Ruffner of Claremont, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Audrey Ruffner of Windber; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Sinclair, who died in 1983; her brothers, Donald, David and Charles Ruffner, and a granddaughter, Mary Theresa Sinclair.

<B>SINCLAIR</B> — Friends of Mary Lou Sinclair, who died Monday, March 19, 2007, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Cabot. Burial will be at the Mt.
